Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of INR 150/- is applicable on all orders.
We offer free shipping on orders above INR 3000/-.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing & Shipping Time
Once we receive your order, it will be processed within three business days.
After processing, shipping and delivery will take approximately 2–5 working days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen delays from our delivery partners.
Delivery
We work with locally available delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely:
- Within Bangalore: Deliveries are fulfilled via partners such as Porter or other local services
- Outside Bangalore: Orders are shipped via courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, or similar services
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and serviceability of your area.
Failed Deliveries & Re-shipping
Once the order has been processed and shipped:
- If the package is not received by the customer and is returned to us, it will need to be re-shipped
- Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery
- No refunds will be issued in such cases
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
